Turn a stock thesis into a token.

Pick 2 to 8 tokenized stocks and launch them as one ERC-20. Each trade pays 1%. Half of that fee buys your basket and lands in holder wallets as real shares.

How a basket becomes a market

Four steps from ticker list to shares in your wallet.

01 · Declare

Name it. Pick the stocks. Lock the weights.

One transaction deploys the token, its bonding curve and its vault. Weights can't change after launch, so the vault buys the same mix for the life of the token. The launch fee is 0.0005 ETH plus gas.

02 · Curve

Early buyers get the lower price.

The token trades on a constant-product curve. Fees collect in the graduation pot as USDG. For the first 8 minutes a buy tax starts at 20% and fades to zero, which prices out launch-block bots.

03 · Graduate

8,000 USDG opens a real pool.

The buy that crosses the line creates a Uniswap v4 pool at the curve's final price and locks the liquidity for good. The pot becomes the vault's first basket purchase.

04 · Drop

Shares land in holder wallets.

Every 2 hours the vault snapshots holders by balance and time held, then sends the queued stock. You hold, and the shares arrive. There is no claim button to press.

The fee engine

Where your 1% goes.

Most launchpads split the trading fee between the creator and the platform. Tickra fixes the split in the contract and sends half of it to holders as the stocks in the basket. Creators can't raise their cut, and nobody can switch off the holder share.

Keeper gas

60% buys stock. Five sixths of each purchase goes out to holders on the next drop. One sixth stays in the floor vault, which has no withdraw function.

20% buys $TICK on the open market and burns it. The keeper share pays the gas for sweeps, flushes and drops.

This feed reads Transfer events from the 35 listed stock tokens on Robinhood Chain. Tokens leaving the Uniswap v4 pool manager count as buys, tokens entering it as sells. Tickra vaults will buy from these pools.

    Questions

    Read this before you buy.

The protocol docs cover each contract, parameter and edge case.

No. A Tickra token trades at whatever the market pays. Holders receive stock through drops, and the floor vault keeps its shares for good. You can't hand the token back to the vault for the underlying.

Any of the listed Robinhood stock tokens that has a Chainlink price feed on Robinhood Chain. Today that covers 35 names, from NVDA and TSLA to SPY, SLV and short Treasuries. A stock joins the list once it has a feed and a USDG pool deep enough for the vault to buy within 1% of the oracle price.

A bonding curve has no pool for the vault to buy from. Curve fees wait in the graduation pot. At 8,000 USDG raised, the token moves into a locked Uniswap v4 pool and the pot turns into the first basket purchase.

By balance multiplied by seconds held since the last snapshot. Buying one block before a snapshot earns one block of entitlement. Wallets under 0.005% of supply don't accrue, so splitting a bag across wallets gains nothing.

Stock feeds pause when US markets close. The vault accepts prices up to 96 hours old and skips any leg with a staler price. Skipped USDG stays in the buffer for the next flush.
